About your options

Your engagement session is the most important part of your experience with me. Every other photographer will let you dictate exactly where and when your session should be, with little input as to how to dress or how the setting and light will photograph. I go a step further by crafting an epic experience with you that is fun, joyous, and will make your jaw drop when you receive your images and feel like they belong in Vogue or Harpers Bazaar.

SIGNATURE ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

This is an optional service or included in collection I. I would spend an hour photographing all your details the day of the rehearsal (rings, shoes, paper, etc.) so on the wedding day we have more time to just focus on the candid moments!

Stressed about the timeline? Collection I has the full day covered so it takes out the stress and guesswork! Leading up to your wedding, we will work with you and your planner to decide the best time for us to arrive/leave on your wedding day.

I love shooting day-before events because it allows us the chance to meet your friends and family before the wedding. Many of our clients surprise and delight their guests with an immersive experience the day before the big event, and we love to be there to capture it. We often stay for day after events as well- such as brunches, sailboat experiences, or any special activities you have planned for your guests the day following your wedding celebration.

Once the quote is approved, I’ll send over the contract to E-Sign and invoice for the 25% retainer. Payments are split up into the retainer payment, followed by the full balance due 7 days prior to the wedding day, unless otherwise requested. We prefer payment via the portal, or through venmo at @adamslindsay

I am so honored that you have considered me and my team as your storytellers! Because I spend so much time focusing on my couples and their wedding experience, I limit the number of weddings I take on each year. All wedding dates are available on a first come, first serve basis. Your date will be reserved for seven days after receiving this quote.

Both. I began playing with photography before the digital era and that gave me a love for the beauty and texture of film. At 21 years old, I made the full switch to digital photography as cameras became more advanced, and while digital grew on me, I was reminded of those words I spoke long ago that the color and feel of digital just wasn’t the same. Being confident in both mediums means I bring digital and film cameras and select the best option based on a variety of factors. All film and digital images are processed and cohesively presented together.

What happens if you get sick?
Having an emergency come up immediately before a wedding is a circumstance I have yet to encounter (knock on wood)—and an unpleasant thought for everyone involved. Leading up to a wedding, I plan my life carefully to ensure my health is in top form and that I have ample travel time. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending your wedding, I will do my best to arrange a replacement photographer of equivalent caliber and style—I have a strong network to aid in such an unlikely circumstance.  
What are your image turnaround times?
My work is focused on creating exquisite art using the finest methods and quality products. With a passion for the details, I carefully curate and present each and every project I photograph. Shooting film is not the fastest method, but I recognize it as beautiful enough to take the time needed for it. Turnaround times for engagement and portrait sessions average 3 to 4 weeks. Turnaround times for wedding images is 10 to 12 weeks, but I work hard to deliver them sooner than that.
How are my images delivered?
You'll receive a custom online gallery with your sneak peek, and the full gallery 10-12 weeks after your wedding with all of your images.
How far will you travel for weddings?
Absolutely anywhere in the world. Having been to 9 countries, traveling is one of my favorite parts of the job. Wherever your celebration calls you (from Dubai to Italian villas to the Maldives), I will be there!
Can I see any full galleries?
You absolutely can!

I block out an entire afternoon to spend with you, if necessary, in a location that we’ve mutually agreed upon - whether the bustling metropolis skyline of New York, a sailboat on Long Island sound, your cozy and chic apartment, or perhaps even in Paris or London if you’re up for an epic adventure!

From planning locations to moodboard inspirations and fashion curation, I take great care to help you plan a day that is not only a dream shoot, but also has aspects that document the life you currently live. It’s truly not just a session. This is a day to reminisce, live in the moment and dream together.

And in the end, you’ll have photos that document your life and your love; your every day, raw and real, intimate and genuine, love.
